Job Details:
- Provide second level
user support for the Customer Due Diligence tool
- Utilize the ALM Tool
to administer the defect lifecycle, monitor progress, and extract data in support
of reporting requirements
- Manage and resolve
issues escalated by users in a timely mannerAnalyzing business needs, gathering
requirements, planning, organizing and documenting Support and help team
in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Communicate with the
user community to understand resolve issues
- Partner with
technology teams (Business, Quality Assurance and Developers) to provide issue
resolution
- Understand use
cases/stories related to business requirements
- Analyze trends and
produce management reports
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems or related.
