  Job Details:

• 4+ years of experience as a successful Business Analyst with enterprise-wide projects and/or software/hardware implementations
• Experience with collaboratively gathering business requirements, defining scope and objectives, documenting deliverables and managing implementations
• Eliciting and documenting epics and user stories
• Working experience with SDLC and deliverables associated with each phase; specifically writing business requirement, use cases, test plans and scripts, and training documentation.
• Proficient in "as-is" and "to-be" modeling and mapping of business processes
• Strong analytical skills with emphasis on data analysis, data flow, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Ability to develop rapport/credibility with diverse groups; must be comfortable interacting with senior management
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated team player committed to delivering on time and should be able to work under minimum supervision
• Exposure or experience in banking and/or debit/credit card systems will be considered

Min Education Required : Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
